Service Description
The second level course for those who want to enter the pet grooming industry with expert support and high quality education. This course will prepare you to step foot into the industry and take off! This course includes everything in the Foundation course + deeper knowledge and insights about dog grooming business, deeper understanding of breed standards and the hair styling trends, exposure to different sectors in the pet grooming salon and theory of salon management and setup.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances may arise that require you to cancel your appointment with us. In order to provide the best service to all of our clients, we have established the following cancellation policy: If you need to cancel your appointment, please let us know at least 6 hours before the scheduled appointment time. If you do so, there will be a cancellation fee of 500 rupees. This fee will be charged to your account and will be payable at the time of your next appointment. If you fail to cancel your appointment at least 6 hours before the scheduled time, you will be charged the full cost of the appointment. This charge will be payable before you can schedule any future appointments with us. We understand that emergencies can arise, and we will make every effort to work with you to reschedule your appointment. However, repeated cancellations or failure to cancel appointments may result in a loss of appointment privileges. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
